Count usable days
Separate arrival, departure and internal-transfer periods from complete local days. A multi-city itinerary that looks impressive on a map may leave little time in each place. If your break is short, ask for a concentrated regional option alongside the broader circuit.
Check every internal connection
Ask whether domestic flights, baggage and airport transfers are included or optional. Clarify how the itinerary changes if a connection shifts. The quote should distinguish a booked service from a suggested excursion and identify the overnight base for each night.
Make special experiences specific
Where a cruise or other timed experience is proposed, request its exact service category, meal arrangement and transfer plan. Generic pictures do not confirm a particular supplier. Ask about date-specific availability and what substitution is permitted before paying.
Send the information that affects price
Provide travel dates, traveller ages, room sharing and preferred pace. Request a complete payable total and supplier cancellation conditions. Visa and entry rules need a current official check for your nationality; an itinerary does not itself grant entry.
