Start with the same travellers and dates
Give both operators the same travel dates, number of adults and children, ages, pickup point and room occupancy. Per-person quad sharing cannot be compared directly with twin sharing or a total private-group price. Check whether the displayed figure is indicative or a dated offer.
Compare the overnight and transport plan
Write down the property or location for each night, room category, meals and vehicle basis. Note any overnight journey separately from hotel accommodation. Shared sightseeing, private transfers and a vehicle at disposal provide different levels of flexibility.
List costs that may remain outside
Look for admission tickets, optional activities, local transport, parking, guide fees and taxes. For international trips, clarify flights and baggage when relevant. Ask for children’s charges and bed arrangements explicitly rather than multiplying the adult starting price.
Only confirm once the terms are clear
Request a final payable total, payment stages and cancellation terms in writing. Keep the approved itinerary and payment acknowledgement together. An enquiry, shared brochure or verbal assurance is not a confirmed booking, and a low headline does not prove a genuine saving.
Editorial planning guide, not a confirmed booking. Rates, dates, hotel availability and inclusions are confirmed in your written quotation. Weather, access and seasonal operations are subject to current local conditions.
