Read the city sequence first
Check where you arrive, where you depart and how each intercity transfer is provided. A Bangkok-and-beach combination needs enough time for both, not a transfer disguised as a full sightseeing day. Ask which visits are private, shared or simply suggested free time.
Price children using their actual ages
Provide each child’s age and the required bed arrangement. Ask for the child charge separately and confirm any hotel, airline or activity-specific conditions. Do not assume a package child rate automatically includes flights, entrance tickets or a separate bed.
Make exclusions visible
Request a clear list covering flights if applicable, baggage, entry fees, local transfers, meals and optional excursions. Any travel-document or entry requirement must be checked with current official sources for your nationality and dates; a package description is not an immigration guarantee.
Confirm before sending payment
Obtain the hotel names or approved alternatives, room type, final itinerary and date-specific cancellation terms. Ask how a supplier change will be communicated. A quotation request should make the plan clearer, not pressure you with an invented countdown or unverified saving.
Editorial planning guide, not a confirmed booking. Rates, dates, hotel availability and inclusions are confirmed in your written quotation. Weather, access and seasonal operations are subject to current local conditions.
