Choose priorities rather than every attraction
Identify the family’s main interests and avoid a schedule that changes location constantly. Ask which visits require reserved timings and which are free-time suggestions. Leave a buffer around arrival and departure rather than assuming those are complete sightseeing days.
Check room occupancy and child beds
Provide children’s ages and say whether you need an extra bed. Request the specific occupancy basis from the operator and check any property restrictions. A child quotation and an attraction’s child-ticket rule may not use the same age definition.
Understand transport commitments
Confirm the airport reporting process, shared versus private transfers and the return arrangements after each included outing. A city tour may cover only a defined route and duration. Do not assume it gives unrestricted transport for the whole day.
Keep the quote current
Ask for actual dates, final payable total, confirmed services and exclusions. Check entry requirements with current official channels for the travellers concerned. Package availability and ticket slots can change before payment, so obtain a clear confirmation rather than relying on a saved screenshot of a starting rate.
Editorial planning guide, not a confirmed booking. Rates, dates, hotel availability and inclusions are confirmed in your written quotation. Weather, access and seasonal operations are subject to current local conditions.
