Separate entry tickets from photo stops
Ask whether an attraction is an included admission, a transfer-only stop or an exterior photo opportunity. If a timed ticket is included, confirm the ticket type and how its timing fits the day. Avoid assuming the most expensive access option is covered by a general attraction name.
Check the hotel and transport basis
Request the property location, room occupancy and meal plan. Confirm whether airport and sightseeing transfers are private or shared, and what happens if flight timings change. A vehicle available for a specific tour is not necessarily available for personal use afterwards.
Choose activities for the group
Mention children’s ages and any preferences that affect outdoor or late-evening outings. Optional excursions should be individually described and priced after current operating conditions are checked. Do not treat every activity photo on a page as part of the purchased service.
Compare the total, not an assumed discount
Request a dated final amount with taxes, exclusions and cancellation conditions. Travel-document requirements are separate and should be verified with current official sources. The itinerary remains a proposal until the services and booking terms are accepted.
