Know which journey is being offered
Char Dham, Do Dham and Kedarnath-only trips are different products. A route starting in Haridwar is not the same transport commitment as one starting in Delhi. Ask the operator to identify the exact pilgrimage circuit and all the included hotel nights.
Check official arrangements for your dates
Opening dates, registration requirements and access instructions should be verified through official Uttarakhand channels. A package listing is not a registration confirmation or permission to travel on a restricted route. Helicopter, pony or other local services are not included unless explicitly stated and actually confirmed.
Discuss walking and pace early
Explain your group’s requirements before the route is finalised. Do not assume every traveller can follow an identical walking schedule. Ask how weather delays and changed access will be handled, and seek appropriate personal advice where needed rather than relying on a generic tour description.
