What this service is
TJP CRM is a business application used by authorised travel-agency staff to manage leads, customers, trips, communications, documents and payments.
Data we process
Depending on your employer’s configuration, the service may process account details, business contact information, customer travel enquiries, booking details, payment records, call outcomes, messages and travel documents. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Why we process data
Data is processed to provide travel sales and operations services, protect accounts, maintain audit records, respond to support requests and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Tenant isolation and access
Agency-owned records are separated by agency. Access is limited by role, branch, team and ownership scope. Authorised platform operators may access data only for support, security or administration.
Service providers
Hosting, email, WhatsApp, telephony and payment providers may process limited information when those integrations are configured. The CRM clearly identifies integrations that are not connected.
AI-assisted itineraries
When an agency administrator enables an external itinerary provider, trip preferences entered into the assisted builder may be sent to that provider to produce a draft. The CRM does not automatically include the customer name, phone number or email address. Users must not enter passport, payment, authentication or other sensitive personal information in AI prompt fields. Google states that content processed through its Gemini free tier may be used to improve Google products; agencies should review the provider terms and use a suitable paid or enterprise arrangement when required by their privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained for business, security, contractual and legal requirements. Users may submit an account-deletion request. The agency or platform operator will verify identity and explain any data that must be retained.
Security
We use encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, audit logs, password hashing, secure cookies and protected document downloads. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask your agency administrator to correct account information, restrict access or remove your account. You may also use the public deletion-request page.
