Your day-wise itinerary
DAY 01Arrival at Srinagar+
On arrival at Srinagar airport, transfer to the hotel. Evening shikara ride on Dal Lake, weather permitting. Overnight in Srinagar.
DAY 02Srinagar to Gulmarg+
Drive to Gulmarg, about two hours, and check in. In heavy snow the last stretch may need a local vehicle at your own cost. Afternoon free in the snow. Overnight in Gulmarg.
DAY 03Gulmarg snow day+
A full day at Gulmarg. The gondola runs subject to weather and tickets are bought locally at your own cost. Skiing, sledges and gear hire are also local and at your own cost. Overnight in Gulmarg.
DAY 04Gulmarg to Srinagar and Mughal gardens+
Check out and drive back to Srinagar. Visit the Mughal gardens and the Shankaracharya viewpoint as weather allows. Overnight in Srinagar.
DAY 05Departure from Srinagar+
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Srinagar airport for your booked flight. Winter flights are occasionally delayed by weather, so keep buffer time.
