DAY 01Katra arrival & preparation+
Arrive at the agreed Jammu pickup point and continue to Katra. Keep time for rest and independent registration/planning for the next day. Shrine registration, permissions and any paid assistance follow the applicable official process.
DAY 02Vaishno Devi visit - arrangements to confirm+
Keep the day for the independently registered shrine visit according to official access rules, crowd conditions and the traveller's fitness. Helicopter, battery car, pony, porter, priority access and ritual services are not included or guaranteed. Return and rest in Katra.
DAY 03Pahalgam valley time+
Check out and travel from Katra to Pahalgam, allowing a realistic road-transfer window. Enjoy a relaxed valley stay and a short agreed local circuit. Visits to Aru, Betaab Valley or Chandanwari need regulated local transport and tickets where applicable; they are not automatically covered by an intercity vehicle.
DAY 04A full day around Pahalgam+
Select the locally permitted valley circuit to suit road access and the group, with time by the Lidder setting and at the stay. Confirm the local vehicle, any guide and entry charges. Pony rides and outdoor activities remain optional.
DAY 05Srinagar gardens & city landmarks+
Check out and travel from Pahalgam to Srinagar, allowing a realistic road-transfer window. Explore a manageable selection of Srinagar gardens and city landmarks after checking operating conditions. Admission tickets, a local guide and any lake ride need written confirmation. Keep the pace appropriate for the group and avoid an overloaded stop list.
DAY 06Sonamarg meadows & Sindh valley+
Enjoy the agreed Sonamarg setting when roads, local access and official advice permit. Glacier approaches, pony services, local taxis and activity fees are optional, regulated locally and separately priced. Keep a weather alternative ready.
DAY 07Gulmarg mountain setting+
Check out and travel from Srinagar to Gulmarg, allowing a realistic road-transfer window. Travel through the Gulmarg landscape and enjoy the permitted local area. Gondola tickets, phases, operating status and regulated local transport must be booked or quoted separately. No cable-car ride, snow cover or activity is guaranteed.
DAY 08A proposed Srinagar houseboat stay+
Check out and travel from Gulmarg to Srinagar houseboat, allowing a realistic road-transfer window. Check in to the specifically confirmed Dal or Nigeen Lake houseboat, depending on availability. Finalise the category, transfer arrangements, meals and any shikara ride duration in writing; no particular boat or lake activity is automatically included.
DAY 09Departure via Srinagar+
Check out and take the specifically confirmed transfer to Srinagar. Allow sufficient time for the road journey and terminal formalities; an early pickup may be needed. The final quote must name the exact airport, station or drop address.
